As we start to leave Summer behind we really notice how quickly the days get darker earlier.
Whilst there has been some rain, not nearly enough for the farmers and gardeners, it appears that the rest of the State of Victoria is getting more than their fair share!.
With Easter now gone and already half way through the second month of the quarter of 2024 already, we are really steam rolling towards the 30th June and the end of the financial year.
Last Friday our Team had our quarterly review where we examine what we accomplished, areas for improvement and the plans and goals for the next quarter. We all set our individual 90-day Action Plans and shared them for greater accountability.
